Summer Pop Up Plants Sales - 19th July

The Dovecote is one of Moseley’s hidden gems. This 18th‑century red‑brick building sits just behind Alcester Road. It is calm, green and full of birdsong. Local residents saved it from demolition in the 1930s, and the Moseley Society now cares for it. Because of this, it remains a rare piece of local heritage that everyone can enjoy.

The garden is a perfect place for a summer plant sale. It is colourful, peaceful and welcoming. As you wander through the space, you can chat with volunteers, browse the plants, and enjoy a moment of local history.

🌿 Plant donations welcome from Friday 17 June

If you have spare plants, you can drop them at the far side of the garden near the compost heaps. You can also bring them on the day. Every donation helps us raise funds for community planting projects across Moseley.

🌱 Come along, say hello, enjoy the Dovecote, and help Moseley bloom.
