Join Moseley in Bloom for a friendly community planting session as part of The Great British Spring Clean, the nation’s biggest mass-action environmental campaign.

Each year more than 400,000 volunteers clear litter from our streets, parks and beaches. At the same time Moseley in Bloom volunteers will be using their horticultural skills to tidy and smarten up some public spaces around the centre of Moseley.

⏰ Time: 10:00am – 12:00 noon
📍 Meeting Point: Moseley Village Green, B13 8HW
☕ After-Session Treat: Free refreshments for all volunteers

This is a relaxed, friendly session designed for all ages and abilities. Come on your own, bring a friend, or make it a family morning out — everyone is welcome.

🌼 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join our experienced volunteers to help with light planting, tidying, and refreshing public beds and planters. It’s hands-on, rewarding, and a brilliant way to support your neighbourhood.

You’ll also get the chance to:

Meet new people and feel part of the Moseley community
Learn simple gardening skills
Support local biodiversity and pollinator-friendly planting
Make a visible difference to the place you live

🧰 What to Bring (If You Can)

Gardening gloves and small hand tools
Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a bit muddy
A smile — the rest we can help with!

If you don’t have tools or gloves, don’t worry — we have plenty of spares.
