We’re delighted to welcome Greenhill Galleries as a 2026 Premium Sponsor of Moseley in Bloom and Moseley in Lights.

Their generous sponsorship is helping support the volunteer-led projects that bring colour, planting and community spirit to Moseley throughout the year.

And this particular sponsorship means something extra to us.

Greenhill Galleries is based on Greenhill Road / Billesley Lane, away from Moseley’s main commercial centre, yet has still chosen to get behind the work of Moseley in Bloom and Moseley in Lights.

That matters because our ambitions for Moseley in Bloom reach beyond the village centre too.

Meet our sponsor: Greenhill Galleries

Based at the corner of Greenhill Road and Billesley Lane, Greenhill Galleries is an established independent picture framing specialist serving Moseley and the wider Birmingham community.

The business opened in 2003 and is run by Neil Collins, whose background and training are in visual culture.

Greenhill Galleries undertakes bespoke picture framing for predominantly private customers, with Neil prepared to tackle everything from treasured artwork and photographs to more unusual pieces and memorabilia.

His work has also included framing sporting memorabilia for Birmingham & Moseley Rugby Club and Warwickshire County Cricket Club. More recently, Neil helped restore the frame surrounding an historic Matthias Watts picture now displayed at Moseley Exchange.

It’s exactly the sort of independent, specialist business that contributes to the character of the wider Moseley community.

Moseley in Bloom – beyond the village centre

Much of the work people currently associate with Moseley in Bloom is concentrated around the heart of the village.

Our floral displays, hanging baskets and planters make a visible difference around Moseley’s main shopping area – helping create an attractive and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and local businesses.

But our ambition is wider than that.

Over time, we would love to see Moseley in Bloom activity reach further into the neighbourhood, bringing planting, community involvement and a little more colour to areas beyond the main village centre.

That’s why having the support of a business like Greenhill Galleries on Billesley Lane is particularly encouraging.

It reminds us that Moseley’s business community doesn’t stop at the Village Green – and neither should our aspirations.

Local business sponsorship makes a difference

Our volunteers give hundreds of hours of their time to planting, maintaining displays, working with schools and supporting community projects across Moseley.

Alongside that work, Moseley in Lights helps bring colour and festive atmosphere to the village each Christmas.

But volunteer time alone cannot pay for plants, compost, equipment, maintenance or Christmas lights.

Business sponsorship helps turn the enthusiasm of our volunteers into something the whole community can enjoy.

Greenhill Galleries’ Premium Sponsorship will help us continue that work throughout 2026.

Thank you, Greenhill Galleries

A huge thank you to Neil and Greenhill Galleries for supporting Moseley in Bloom and Moseley in Lights.

We’re especially pleased to have a business based outside the main commercial centre joining our growing community of sponsors.

Their support helps us continue what we do today – while encouraging us to think about what Moseley in Bloom could achieve across the wider Moseley area in the future.

Could your business support Moseley too?

You don’t have to be based in the centre of the village to get involved.

Whether your business is on Billesley Lane, Wake Green Road, Alcester Road or elsewhere around Moseley, we’d love more businesses from across the area to join us.

Business sponsorship starts from just £100 a year, with Premium and Platinum opportunities offering additional visibility and recognition.

In return, you’ll be helping support floral displays, planting, community projects and Christmas lights – while showing customers that your business is investing in the place we all share.
